About WeBecome and these Terms of Use

Created in Switzerland in February 2019 by Isabelle Hudovernik, WeBecome is the name used to identify the Change Management Services provided on digital transformation.

These Terms of Use govern your use of the website (desktop and mobile). In these Terms of Use, we use the term WeBecome (and “we”, “us” and “our”) to refer to the Services we provide and our office at the registered address below.

Hosting Services for the website are provided by Siteground in The Netherlands.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in relation to the Terms of Use, shall be submitted to mediation in English in Switzerland. If no amicable solution is found two months following submission to mediation, the dispute will be submitted to the ordinary Swiss courts. Where Swiss law differs to mandatory consumer law in your own country, we will agree to similar protection.
