Il aura un impact sur la dimension humaine au sein de l\u2019organisation : comportements, croyances, culture, relations sociales, motivation, valeurs, opinions.<\/p>\n<p>Or, un changement mal compris ou mal per\u00e7u, peut engendrer des \u00e9normes freins au bon d\u00e9ploiement d\u2019une nouvelle solutions.
