La mienne \u00e9tait le monde de la formation et des premi\u00e8res strat\u00e9gies digitales o\u00f9 j\u2019ai accompagn\u00e9, sans le savoir, de nouvelles mani\u00e8res de travailler et de collaborer. Mais je rencontrais des coll\u00e8gues qui n\u2019\u00e9taient pas pr\u00eats \u00e0 changer leur mani\u00e8re de travailler. Leurs premi\u00e8res questions \u00e9taient invariablement \u00abpourquoi ai-je besoin de faire diff\u00e9remment ?\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Il me manquait un \u00e9l\u00e9ment \u00e0 savoir appliquer une approche holistique pour favoriser les capacit\u00e9s au sein d\u2019une organisation \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper et \u00e0 changer. C\u2019est l\u00e0 que j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert le r\u00f4le de la conduite du changement.<\/p>\n<h2>ROLE DE CONSEIL OU DE CONSULTANT ?<\/h2>\n<p>Etre dans l\u2019accompagnement du changement est l\u2019aboutissement de tous mes r\u00f4les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents. C\u2019est la combinaison de tous ces domaines d\u2019activit\u00e9 qui m\u2019a passionn\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent. Ce n&#8217;est pas un m\u00e9tier que l&#8217;on peut apprendre sans l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience du terrain.<\/p>\n<p>Est-ce un r\u00f4le de consultante ou de conseill\u00e8re ?<\/p>\n<p>Un consultant s\u2019appuie sur une s\u00e9rie de connaissances et de m\u00e9thodologies. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tant de concevoir un plan puis de mettre en \u0153uvre une solution et enfin de s\u2019assurer qu\u2019elle fonctionne. Puis de passer \u00e0 un autre projet.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Le travail de conseil est bien diff\u00e9rent dans le sens o\u00f9 il combine le fait d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e0 la fois consultant, coach, communiquant, enseignant, th\u00e9rapeute, supporter et fan.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Au final, il ne s\u2019agit pas de moi ou de mes co-\u00e9quipiers, ni de dire aux collaborateurs quoi faire, mais bien de collaborer sur la meilleure fa\u00e7on de les faire passer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape suivante, tout en d\u00e9veloppant leur confiance et autonomie.<\/p>\n<h2>COMBLER L\u2019ECART ENTRE LA THEORIE ET LA PRATIQUE<\/h2>\n<p>Il est courant de comprendre un concept mais de tr\u00e9bucher en cours de route. Lorsque nous travaillons sur un plan d\u2019accompagnement, nous restons fid\u00e8les \u00e0 une approche m\u00e9thodique, cependant nous nous concentrons sur la capacit\u00e9 des personnes \u00e0 augmenter leur confiance et \u00e0 se repositionner mentalement sur le \u00ab comment puise-je aborder un probl\u00e8me diff\u00e9remment \u00bb.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Dans mon r\u00f4le, j\u2019ai une r\u00e8gle qui consiste \u00e0 ne pas faire les choses \u00ab \u00e0 la place de \u00bb car c\u2019est la personne qui fait, qui apprend. Voir quelqu\u2019un lutter avec un concept ou une prochaine \u00e9tape peut \u00eatre un d\u00e9fi mais c\u2019est le moment m\u00eame que nous voulons r\u00e9colter car il est essentiel dans le processus de changement.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2>UN LIEU S\u00dbR POUR SORTIR DE SA ZONE DE CONFIANCE<\/h2>\n<p>Lors des s\u00e9ances de travail, nous t\u00e2chons de cr\u00e9er un lieu s\u00fbr pour une discussion ouverte, une r\u00e9flexion commune, une exploration de l\u2019\u00e9tape suivante. Ces moments incitent souvent les collaborateurs \u00e0 poser des questions puis \u00e0 s\u2019ouvrir sur leurs difficult\u00e9s actuelles.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Ces moments pivots sont les passages essentiels d\u2019une transformation en profondeur. Cette \u00e9tape est celle qui apportera du sens.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>C\u2019est l\u2019activit\u00e9 sous-jacente la plus d\u00e9licate de la gestion du changement. C\u2019est celle qui consiste \u00e0 aider quelqu\u2019un \u00e0 trouver sa voie. Ce sont ces moments pivots que je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re et qui donnent du sens \u00e0 mon r\u00f4le.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La gestion du changement est un sport d\u2019\u00e9quipe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un responsable du changement doit \u00eatre assez courageux pour \u00eatre une des rares personnes \u00e0 voir les \u00e9v\u00e9nements sous un angle diff\u00e9rent et ne pas craindre de se confronter aux d\u00e9fis et \u00e0 de la r\u00e9sistance. Si vous avez une \u00e9quipe projet pr\u00eate \u00e0 avancer \u00e0 toute vapeur mais vous savez que certaines parties prenantes ne sont pas pr\u00eates, vous devez \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019aise d\u2019en parler \u00e0 votre direction et de soutenir votre affirmation. Sinon, plusieurs collaborateurs risquent de ne pas passer la ligne d\u2019arriv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Il ne s\u2019agit pas de travailler sur quelques projets isol\u00e9s mais bien de travailler sur le long terme pour faire partager l\u2019id\u00e9e que la conduite du changement est un des ingr\u00e9dients principaux qui permettra aux organisations de s\u2019adapter au monde changeant et volatile d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, \u00e0 chaque fois c\u2019est une nouvelle partie qui se joue, car chaque collaborateur, avec son histoire personnelle, r\u00e9agira diff\u00e9remment. Et c\u2019est bien l\u00e0 que r\u00e9side ce qui me passionne : l\u2019observation et l\u2019accompagnement de tous ces individus \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape d\u2019apr\u00e8s et d\u2019en faire leur victoire personnelle.
